Refund & Return Policy

At Balance Peptides, we place the highest priority on the purity, integrity, and proper handling of our research materials. Due to the specialized nature of our products, we maintain a strict All Sales Are Final policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to factors such as temperature sensitivity, potential contamination, and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any research materials, research chemicals, or bacteriostatic water.

Once an order leaves our facility, we can no longer verify storage conditions or chain of custody. For this reason, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. This policy ensures that all customers receive new, uncontaminated research materials that have been properly stored prior to shipment.

All sales are final. Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before completing checkout.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact support immediately after placing the order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order has already entered processing or transit.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Balance Peptides is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

If a carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for further investigation or assistance.

4. Research-Use Disclaimer

All products sold by Balance Peptides are strictly intended for laboratory research use only.

Our products are:

  • Not for human consumption

  • Not for medical, therapeutic, or veterinary use

  • Not approved by the FDA

We reserve the right to deny refunds, replacements, or support if misuse or prohibited use is suspected.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We take fraud, misuse, and abuse of payment systems seriously.

Customers who initiate chargebacks without first contacting Balance Peptides to resolve a legitimate issue may be permanently restricted from future purchases.

We utilize fraud detection and order verification systems. Orders flagged as suspicious may be canceled and refunded at our sole discretion.

6. Research Use Only (RUO) Enforcement

All products sold by Balance Peptides are designated Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, cosmetic application, or any prohibited purpose.

Any communication indicating intended human or animal use will result in immediate order cancellation and potential account suspension. Orders canceled due to violations of Research Use Only requirements are not eligible for refunds.
